What does the role involve?
Become the clients’ trusted partner for all finance and accounting related matters
Build strong and collaborative relationships with the clients, understanding their business goals and challenges
Provide valuable financial insights and expert accounting guidance
Oversee the Month-end close from start to finish to ensure Management Information deadlines are met
Support the R2R team on month-end duties, VAT Returns, other client related matters
Review & Oversee Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet
Can deliver Cash Flow Management, Budgeting & Forecasting; lead projects or specific process implementation
Spot opportunities within existing clients portfolio for improvement
Spot opportunities for automation and process improvement
What Qualifications do you need?
Applicants can be CIMA/ACCA/ACA part-qualified or qualified, or equivalent (e.g. MBA)
4 years+ experience in practice or in a financial accounting role in industry
What Skills do you need?
Very strong Excel and financial modelling, often with large or complex datasets
Very strong understanding of all areas of the Balance Sheet
Excellent Commercial acumen
Exceptional Stakeholder Management
Very good written and spoken English
